Principal-led
A senior practitioner leads every engagement from first call to final review. Your work is never handed down to a junior team.
About Brihad
Growing businesses rarely have just one problem. A sales problem is often a pricing problem; an operations problem is often a data problem. Brihad works across the whole picture, so a fix in one place doesn't create a new problem somewhere else.
Every engagement comes with clear commitments on who does the work, how much time it gets, and how you'll hear from us.
A senior practitioner leads every engagement from first call to final review. Your work is never handed down to a junior team.
Engineers, data and AI specialists and supply chain analysts from our vetted network join as your scope requires, so you pay for the right skills at the right time.
Each engagement starts with committed hours, a meeting rhythm in your time zone and named contacts, so you always know what you're getting.
Email, WhatsApp, phone or video, whichever you prefer. We reply within one business day* and send a written progress report every week.
Leadership
Brihad is led by Raman Nagyal, who has spent two decades where business strategy meets technology. He works on both the levers and the systems that run them: pricing and client mix, cost-to-serve, billing accuracy and loss control, alongside the data platforms, product roadmaps and AI agents that make those levers measurable.
He has led product and engineering organisations of 200+ people, grown a UK–India logistics business from early-stage revenue to £4M a year, led two acquisitions and their integration, and secured £2.1M in Innovate UK R&D funding across seven consecutive grants.
Since 2012, Brihad has advised CEOs in the UK and Ireland on growth strategy, digital transformation, ROI frameworks, build-vs-buy and investment decisions. Today we bring that experience to small and medium businesses in Europe, Africa and Latin America.
Everything you'd want to verify before working with an overseas partner.
